Refund policy

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements may be issued only in cases of damaged items or fulfillment errors. To be eligible, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue, including product and packaging.

We do not accept returns of opened or used food products.

We are not responsible for damage or delays caused by shipping carriers; however, we will work with you to resolve issues on a case-by-case basis.
